J. Cole once stated that "if you have dreams, then you got the right to chase them"! Troy, NY.
Roshanna J took that quote and applied it to her life. She started writing her own music, while still in elementary school and although never having experienced love, she wrote about what she thought it was, based on inspirations received from Keyshia Cole, Ashanti, Melonie Fiona, and other R&B queens. Unfortunately, she didn't come up in an environment that nurtured or even motivated young talent, but music was and is her passion and source of happiness.
Today we present to you her single "Pain" and its accompanying visual, directed by Silver Globe Productions. Although the song takes a darker side of love and brings it to the forefront, it shows Roshanna J is not to be slept on. Press play and watch it for yourself. Feedback and support are greatly appreciated as Roshanna J lets it be clear, she will be the exception, she's going to achieve her dreams and she will pay it forward by teaching the youth that there are so many roads to life, and they are more than capable of making their dreams come true.
